Reports to Head: Broking and Financial Markets Required minimum work experience 8 Years' Experience Required minimum education/training Minimum B. Com or similar ACI Dealing Certificate Key Performance Areas Marketing and Sales Client Relationship Management Deal Execution and Position Management Client Service Cross selling Technical Knowledge / Competencies: Strong numerical skills Computer Literacy Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of IT2/T24 or similar treasury system will be recommendation Deal execution and position management Behavioural Competencies: Building a loyal client base in the focus sectors Good interpersonal and communication skills Stay up to date with new economic and other market research as published Ability to work under pressure and independently Ensuring good customer service and communication in the food and agriculture sector Resolve customer queries timeously Willingness to travel and market company product offering Main Responsibilities Input/Task Output/Standard/Expected Results Marketing and Sales Research and list possible treasury clients. Contact possible clients and set up appointments Close sale where possible. Clients growth Client and Bank Relationship Management Maintain active communication and visit clients on a regular basis. Attend to queries from clients Regular communication to other banks. Client feedback Bank feedback Deal Execution and Position Management Receive deal requests and execute at best market rates. Book trades on treasury system Ensure all dealing information is updated. Report daily on FX and funding position.Profit per turnover Deal response time Position maintenance and completeness Client Service Helpfulness Professional Enthusiasm Honesty Reaction to queries Problem solving The extra mile Client feedback Market Research and Communication Stay up to date with new economic and other market research as published. Focus on the food and agriculture sector. Up to date market knowledge Cross Selling Client introduction Training Sessions (internal and external)Division feedback Apply Now
