Our client seeking a dinamic Foreman This position assumes supervise and responsibility over workers, materials, and plant in respect of a specific trades on a specific plant of the work on a particular contrat working to programme and deadlines as agreed with the Senior Foreman. Programme implementation Record keeping Setting out and surveying Plant and equipment oversight SHE'Q assurance, compliance, and implementation Housekeeping Staff supervision KNOWLEDGE Safety requirements and safety and health legislation Staff supervision and basic IR Knowledge of stie administration systems Knowledge of materials, plant and equipment Setting out and levelling Ability to read and interpret drawings Knowledge of construction processes and applicable trades SKILLS Written & oral communication Numerical orientation Planning skills problem solving Conflict management Leverageing diversity Decision makaing Interpersonal skills QUALIFICATIONS Matric [Advantages: TJEKA, Safety & rist on site, working at heights, setting out EXPERIENCE Min 7 years related experience in the construction/Engineering environment R17 000 - R34 000
