· Oversee on site Greenfields mine development in collaboration with project team · Advise on appropriate strategies for operations · Develop systems to achieve strategic goals, eliminating non-value adding practices · Lead organizational change, including structures, information systems, processes and culture · Collaborate on production and profitability objectives · Champion product value and quality protecting resources like cash flow, assets, core competencies, morale, reputation, technologies and systems · Lead operations to meet national standards, involving risk analysis, scenario planning, benchmarking and best practices · Report to stakeholders · Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency · 8 Years' experience as 3.1 legal appointment and 5 years as 4.1 · Chrome / PGM experience · Open Cast Mine experience · Management Development Program beneficial · In depth knowledge of mining operations and processes · Greenfields experience
