Supervising all aspects of the Catching Team operations The ideal candidate would be responsible for: Supervising all aspects of the Catching Team operations; Overseeing the staff on a daily basis. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: Matric; Agricultural and/or mechanical training will be an added advantage; Must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills; Must have 1-3 years supervisory experience; The candidate must have high standards towards housekeeping, control over equipment and attention to detail; Be proficient in Eng/Afr/Zulu languages; Must be able to work weekends and public holidays when required; Must have a valid code EC driver's license. It is essential that the candidate have a passion for implementing 20 keys
