An exciting opportunity exists for a Recent Graduate who will provide intermediary services that are personalized, efficient, and prompt to all clients through omni (multiple) channels. The incumbent delivers exceptional service that exceeds the client's expectations through proactive and innovative solutions that are ethically sound, honest, and maintain integrity. Build rapport with clients through multiple channels e.g., calls, web, chat, and video. Take ownership of client queries, issues, and escalations to ensure personalized service and effective resolution. Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, and other digital banking services. Participate in training programs and ongoing learning to develop knowledge of banking products, services, and processes. Assist customers with account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries. Communicate existing and new product information to clients. Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies to ensure compliance and minimize risks. Serve all aspects of the bank's products including rewards. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and documentation. Customer Focus: Providing excellent service and building strong relationships with customers. Adaptability: Willing to learn, able to handle various tasks and adapt to changing situations and environment. Ethical Integrity: Maintaining high ethical standards in handling financial matters. Team Player: Collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve goals. Good listening skills, ability to listen, comprehend and action. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bachelor's degree, Advanced Diploma (NQF7), or relevant qualification which demonstrates a numerical capability. Relevant work experience in the service or banking/finance industry is preferred. Sound knowledge in customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer concerns. Proficiency in using computers and programs (MS Office suite). Technology savvy.
