Graphic Designer and Multi-Media Specialist - Johannesburg

The incumbent will be responsible to supervise, collate and administer all requests for design work for SANBS on a National basis. Design and create artwork according to specifications as detailed by various departments/ divisions including photography, multimedia. Also coordinates the development and creative design for the website including maintenance. Key Performance Areas Supervision of the Design material Photography and Multimedia Services Management of the Websites Administration Competencies Analytical Thinking and Attention to Detail Ethical behaviour Customer Service Orientation Excellence Orientation Graphic design skills Innovation and Creativity Planning, organising and Monitoring Problem Soloving Resilience and Stress Management Building and Living the Brand Self Management Knowledge Sharing Communication Flexibility /Adaptability Education National Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design and multimedia solutions Experience 3 - 4 years' experience on graphical packages for both the traditional as well as the new media. Knowledge and Skills Knowledge in using website search engines Skills in web content structuring and the layout on Web Pages Use of Microsoft Office
