The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations across multiple business segments, including property, investments, online gambling, and refinery operations. The ideal candidate will hold a CA(SA) qualification and have approximately 3 years of diverse experience in these industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial operations across property, investments, online gambling, and refinery sectors.
Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance across all business segments.
Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

CA(SA) qualification is required.
Approximately 3 years of experience in financial management within the property, investments, online gambling, and refinery industries.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
