Reference: NFR004187-IZ-1 If you are an experienced Chartered Accountant with extensive healthcare experience, then this is the opportunity for you Company and Job Description: This multinational entity in the healthcare space is looking for a Group Finance Manager to join their team. This company operated across 20 countries such as Africa and the Middle East to name a few. The incumbent will be responsible for providing support and guidance to the finance team, designating, managing and executing internal controls for all finance and accounting activities. Responsibilities: Management: Oversees corporate accounting and finance functions, including reporting, financial consolidation, and treasury management. Manages month, quarter, and year-end close processes, ensuring adherence to IFRS and accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations. Coordinates financial audits with external firms. Budgeting: Plans and coordinates annual budget and monthly forecasting. Financial Analysis: Manages Financial Consolidation software. Leads process improvement projects in Finance, Accounting, and IT. Reviews monthly financial reports, manages credit compliance, and oversees external reporting. Employee Management: Provides accounting and financial guidance to Operating Companies and CFO. Develops accounting talent and enhances internal controls processes. Additional Accountabilities: Acts as a strategic business partner on cross-functional teams. Supports Mergers & Acquisitions activities.
