Manages the sales function of the group with a view to increase market share and grow revenue by driving occupancy and average room rate, maintaining a competitive edge, relationship building, brand promotion and continued innovation. Maximises the potential of both the sales team and support staff by crafting achievable and realistic sales plans to meet budgeted performance indicators with the support of the sales team. Handles direct sales and engage in account management duties, and also supervises a team of sales specialists. Focuses on account development and growth, and implements plans and strategies to help the group meet objectives. Education (Formal Qualification Required) Minimum Grade 12. Bachelor's degree/equivalent to an NQF Level 7 (specialist, management or technical). Computer literacy is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Legal Requirements (e.g. Driver's License, etc.) Detail Valid driver's license.
