ENVIRONMENT: BE responsible for providing strategic leadership & vision to drive the success and growth of ETF business for a cutting-edge FinTech company looking to fill the role of Head of ITRIX. You will oversee all aspects of operations from product development and management to sales and client relationship management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the product, enhancing market presence and ensuring the delivery of exceptional value to clients. The successful incumbent must have proven senior management experience in the Financial Services industry – at least 8 years' experience, with prior involvement in product development and strategy development in the Retail market & preferably an understanding of ETFs. DUTIES: Collaborate with the Marketing team to create effective strategies that promote ETF products and expand market share. Build and maintain relationships with key institutional clients, Financial Advisors, DFMs and other stakeholders. Drive the development and launch of innovative ETF / AMETF products that meet market demands and regulatory requirements. Oversee the ongoing management and optimization of the existing ETF / AMETF product suite. Monitor financial performance against targets and implement strategies to enhance profitability. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision making. Manage relationships with other areas of business to ensure smooth distribution of ITRIX products. Form part of the Executive Management team in order to contribute to the development of an overall strategy. REQUIREMENTS: Proven senior management experience in the Financial Services industry – at least 8 years' experience - with prior involvement in product development and strategy development in the Retail market. Proven experience in distribution of retail products through Financial Advisors with established relationships in the market. Understanding of ETFs is a preference (albeit Retail Business Development takes priority). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Customer-service oriented mindset. Ability to travel throughout South Africa, if based in Cape Town.
