We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance to join their executive team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our financial strategy and ensuring the long-term financial health of the company. The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic financial guidance, and lead the finance team. The ideal candidate will hold a SICA (Society of International Certified Accountants) qualification and have a proven track record in senior financial management roles. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. Manage the preparation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements. Oversee the management of cash flow and financial risks. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections. Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes. Identify opportunities for financial efficiency and cost reduction. Drive initiatives for financial systems improvements and automation. Qualifications: SICA qualification is required. Extensive experience in senior financial management roles. Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices. Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
