RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and maintain Solar PV and BESS assets to ensure peak performance and reliability Develop and implement strategies to maximise asset efficiency and lifespan Coordinate regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs with operations teams Utilise data analytics to predict and prevent failures, optimize performance, and enhance decision-making Lead the enhancement of software platforms for asset monitoring, data analytics, and performance optimisation Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technological needs and develop innovative solutions Integrate new technologies and systems to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness Ensure software platforms are user-friendly, scalable, and adhere to industry best practices Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention Lead the CRM team and oversee systems integration for monitoring, managing, billing, and client queries Gather customer feedback to inform product and service improvements Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Develop CRM systems to streamline interactions and improve service delivery Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery Work closely with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality products Develop product roadmaps and strategic plans aligning with company goals and market demands Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement Build and lead a high-performing team of developers, asset managers, and customer relations professionals Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the team Develop and manage departmental budgets, resources, and timelines effectively SKILLS Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong leadership ability Out-of-the box approach to developing solutions Able to analyse and translate complex data Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in data science, engineering, computer science, renewable energy, or business administration field EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 6 years of experience in asset management with stakeholder engagement in the renewable energy industry Experience with CRM and asset management systems Working knowledge of industry standards and legislation in the renewable energy industry R860k - R900k CTC per annum Apply Now
