Responsibilities:

Head Ranger:
- Lead and conduct wildlife drives and walks, ensuring an informative and safe experience for guests.
- Monitor wildlife behavior and maintain an in-depth knowledge of local flora and fauna.
- Coordinate with conservation efforts and assist in wildlife management activities.
- Train and supervise assistant rangers and guides.
- Maintain and care for lodge vehicles and equipment used for safari activities.
Lodge Anchor:
- Oversee guest services, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless guest experience.
- Manage lodge operations, including housekeeping, front office, and dining services.
- Coordinate guest activities and excursions, ensuring they run smoothly and meet guest expectations.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks and lodge communications as needed.

Requirements:

Head Ranger:
- Professional field guide qualification (FGASA NQF 2 or higher).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in guiding within a Big 5 game reserve.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for wildlife conservation and guest education.
- Valid driver's license and PDP.
Lodge Anchor:
- Experience in hospitality management, preferably in a lodge environment.
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer skills.
