Description RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join our client's team in Johannesburg. As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving IT issues, and escalating problems when necessary. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of the company's IT helpdesk and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, and other communication channels Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and incidents Log and track all support requests in the helpdesk system Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or specialists Assist with the installation and configuration of software and hardware Perform user account management and access administration Ensure timely and effective resolution of IT problems Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction Requirements Proven experience as a Helpdesk Technician or similar role Strong knowledge of various operating systems and software applications Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Customer-oriented mindset and a desire to provide excellent support Relevant IT certifications Benefits RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
