Requirements:- Matric
- Diploma in HR Management, Industrial Psychology or related
- 3 Years in HR
- Report writing
- Knowledge - Payroll system
- HR Admin
- Understanding of Labour legislations
- MS Office
- Strong background in in training and development
- Extensive knowledge working with ATR and WSP submissions
Responsibilities:- Will be responsible for HR administrative services and support to the team
- Provide HR support to company
- Ensure employee records and HR documentation are recorded, securely kept, confidentiality maintained
- Capture changes in employee information
- Attend to and record employee queries, and escalate where needed
- Assist with ATR, WSP Submissions
- Assist with recruitment
- Assist with industrial relations
- Assist with training & development
- Assist with payroll info
- HR reporting and submissions
