To maintain business standards and foster a robust HR environment. With focus on high-quality and fulfilment whilst supporting the overall HR business strategies. This position is responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits and payroll processing, HR policy implementation and HR related inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, detailed orientated and a solid understanding of HR best practices. HR Documentation Management: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance and performance evaluations (KPI's) Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters and HR policies. Payroll Processing Support: Assist with payroll processing tasks, including data entry, reviewing timesheets, and verifying payroll information. Administer employee payroll, including overtime and other employee benefits. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and ensure timely enrollment and changes as needed Address employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication. Maintain recruitment documentation such as job descriptions, candidate resumes, interview feedback forms and conducting reference checks. Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees such as drafting Letters of Offer and Contracts. Employee Offboarding: Assist with employee offboarding processes including exit interviews, return of company property, and benefits termination. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providing guidance and support as required. Assist with resolving employee relations issues conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Performance Management: Support the performance management process by tracking employee performance evaluations, providing managers with guidance on performance feedback and assisting with the development of performance improvement plans. HR Policy Implementation: Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. HR Data Management: Maintain and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and identify trends. Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing employee events, surveys, and recognition programs. Promote a positive work culture and foster employee morale and satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred however not compulsory Payroll VIP 3 Years' Experience Uniclox Bio metrics experience 3 Years 3 years of experience in human resources roles, preferably as an HR Assistant or Coordinator within a Retail capacity Experience in payroll processing or benefits administration Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labour law. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel.
