Our client situated in Nelspruit have the following Vacancies available to join their Group. - HR Assistant - Receptionist - Jnr Graphic Designer - CCTV Monitoring Controller - Fleet and Logistics Co-ordinator - Social Media and Customer Service Response Controller - Head of Department Electrical HR Assistant Time Sheet Recons Full Employee File and Record Update and Reconing General HR admin duties Ad Hoc HR Duties Employee Engagement Experience Essential Receptionist First point of contact Welcoming Visitors Divert phone calls Be able to make arrangements for any ad hoc tasks / (Lunch, Travel etc) General Admin Jnr Graphic Designer Have exceptional experience on Illustrator Follow and carry out Head Designer instructions and look and feel Eye for detail and perfection CCTV Monitoring Controller You need to be familiar with the operation and troubleshooting of security systems, such as CCTV cameras, access control systems,intrusion detection systems, and alarm systems. This includes knowledge of software applications used for monitoring and reporting. Fleet and Logistics Co-ordinator Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs Scheduled Maintenance Fleet Compliance and Safety Operational Efficiency Cost Management Data Analysis and Reporting Team Coordination and Communication Social Media and Customer Service Response Controller Social Media PCompany approved post and adverts Response to clientele on social media comments Follow up and case management on disputes / complaints Tracking of social media interactions and response time lines Head of Department Electrical Must be fully knowledgeable on electrical components (Domestic, wiring, breakers etc) Excellent customer relationships Electrical advise and problemsolving expert to customers Stock Controlling Stock Ordering GRV Grade 12/Matric. Related Qualifications. Experience minimum of 2 - 5 years are required on all vacancies except for Social Media, Receptionist and Jnr Graphic Designer.
