DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO: Revising all existing job descriptions to ensure that the job descriptions are accurate Reviewing current KPI descriptions, KPI details, and allocating weighted KPI percentages REQUIREMENTS Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships, resolving conflicts, and understanding diverse perspectives Capacity to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee information Perform well under pressure and adhere to deadlines Logical, systematic and methodical approach to work Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information Monthly Salary: Market related
