HR Coordinator - Johannesburg

Requirements:

  • Degree in human resources
  • 2-3 years experience in the HR related field
  • Strong verbal and written skills in Afrikaans and English (essential skill)
  • Computer skills; Outlook, Excel is essential
  • Self-managed person who can work independently
  • Able to deal with frontline and senior communication with approx. 506 headcount
  • Deadline and time orientated

Job functions summarized:

  • Oversee HR Coordination, including Payroll and IR administration.
  • Travel to the Western Cape and Kwa-Zulu Natal; spend a lot of face time with plant level staff, middle management and senior management.
  • Assist with all communication (verbal and written) to staff based at the sites
