Requirements:- Degree in human resources
- 2-3 years experience in the HR related field
- Strong verbal and written skills in Afrikaans and English (essential skill)
- Computer skills; Outlook, Excel is essential
- Self-managed person who can work independently
- Able to deal with frontline and senior communication with approx. 506 headcount
- Deadline and time orientated
Job functions summarized:- Oversee HR Coordination, including Payroll and IR administration.
- Travel to the Western Cape and Kwa-Zulu Natal; spend a lot of face time with plant level staff, middle management and senior management.
- Assist with all communication (verbal and written) to staff based at the sites
