Reference: JHB001414-hanS-1 Our client is looking for a positive, pro-active, results-driven attitude, innovative and highly ethical HR Coordinator specifically for Training and Development, this person will be responsible for all HR administration and queries related to training and development which includes ensuring the accurate information and updates are done. Requirements: Matric (Grade 12 Certificate) Degree or Diploma in Human Resources 5 Years Human Resources experience Knowledge of HR Premier or VIP systems. Knowledge of EE and SDF Essential. Working knowledge of current Labour legislation Roles and Responsibilities: Annual Submission of WSP/ATR reports Establish annual Training Needs Analysis through the annual evaluation procedure In consultation with the HR Manager, develop and implement specific in-house courses on an ad-hoc basis in line with the training requirements Assist with career development plans Update and maintain training databases on SAGE300 as and when training is requested and completed Maintain a training supplier database/file Organise external and internal training courses on request Evaluate training courses and suppliers on a regular basis Ensure accurate and timeous reporting on reports as required Please Note: If you haven't received a response within two weeks, kindly regard your application for the vacancy as unsuccessful.
