Our client, who owns a group of companies in the Boland area, wants to appoint a highly experience and seasoned HR Generalist who has managed the full HR Function of a medium size company in the past. The position will be based at the Head Office in Wellington. More mature candidates with at least 10 years' relevant HR experience should apply. The main responsibility will be to o versee the Full HR function of the group of companies, including the management of the recruitment process of hiring of new staff with the assistance of approved recruitment agencies; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees. The candidate will also be responsible for the IR (Industrial Relations) function of the company. A relevant tertiary qualification in HR At least 10 years' experience as a HR Generalist/Manager Strong leadership abilities required Excellent communciation skills both verbal and written Fluent in both Afrikaans and English Sound Health and hign Energy levels Own transport and a valid drivers' license Market related Apply Now
