Our client within the farming industry is in need of a HR manager to join their dynamic tea in the Boland Requirements: A relevant qualification in HR A minimum of 3 years experience as a HR Manager Experience within the Agricultural sector will count in your favor Located in the Boland area Duties will include but not be limited to the following: Recruitment and Inspection of Personnel : Development of recruitment strategies. Advertising jobs. Examination of CVs and feed of maintenance. Implementation of new employees. Employee Relationships : Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Handling employee complaints and conflicts. Conduct examinations when necessary. Provide guidance and counseling to employees. Performance management : Implementation of performance evaluation systems. Do performance appraisals. Development of training and development plans. Identifying and addressing performance issues. Training and Development : Identification of training needs in conjunction with BBBEE policy. Organization and provision of training programme. Monitoring training efficiency. Supporting employee career development. Reimbursement and benefits : Design and administration of reimbursement and benefits programs. Conduct salary surveys and comparisons. Ensure compliance with labour legislation and regulations. Management of wage and salary administration. Employee Engagement : Development of employee engagement initiatives. Organizing team-building activities. Do employee satisfaction recordings. Implementing strategies to improve workplace culture. Compliance and Legal Matters : Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. Keep abreast of changes in labour law legislation. Handles legal matters related to HR (e.g., discrimination complaints, labour disputes). Manage and maintain accurate HR record keeping. Health and Safety : Ensure workplace safety regulations are adhered to. Handling of workers' compensation claims. HR Strategy and Planning : Development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Predicting HR needs and planning workforce requirements. Identifying areas for improving HR processes. Contributing to initiatives for organizational development. HR Administration : Management of HR databases and records. Handling HR-related paperwork and documentation. Managing employee files and records. Management Administration of benefits programs.
