We are a firm that provides HR outsourcing services to our clients, and also have internal HR manager requirements for our internal staff. We become the HR department and HR managers for our clients. We have a couple of clients for whom we provide HR service, in the following industries: Professional services (Construction as well as engineering), Manufacturing and Mining sector. The responsibilities and deliverables include i.e: General HR management Sourcing, recruitment Appointments, onboarding and induction Job descriptions Performance management HR policies Labour relations issues Compliance: EE reports, SA statistics, WSP reports Arranging and coordinating training Resignations, exit interviews, offboarding of employees Communication of payroll related information to payroll (increases, bonuses, maternity leave, appointments, resignations etc.) The incumbent will work with junior HR administrators who will support them in the position/delivery of work. They will report to a Senior HR manager / Executive who will provide oversight, support and leadership. Relevant Human Resource Degree At least 5 years experience Salary range R300k-R420k
