Our client, A large multi-national, is seeking an experienced HR Manager based in Cape Town, that will be responsible for the design and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. Develop, implement and maintain the induction programme. Manage the delivery of the Performance Management System. Support the training and development of all staff. Manage employee payroll and administering the pension scheme. Manage employee relations. Support managers by providing recommendations and solutions to HR issues and advising on employment legislation when necessary. Review, develop and advise on HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up to date staff files. Prepare and manage the HR budget and report. Take forward company culture and values, and support managers in embedding the unique culture in all organisational activities.
