The Package Boiler Division of John Thompson has a vacancy for a HSE Coordinator. The purpose of the position is to : Perform overall administrative maintenance of the SHERQ department's data management systems. Maintain external and Internal communication registers. Maintain system integrating on SharePoint and DMS. Ensure all sites have current, valid and eligible versions of policies, procedures, checklists, and forms. Display all SHERQ policies, procedures, posters. Ensure that employee medicals are valid. Participate in inspections and audits and draw up reports on status of findings. Submit weekly/monthly reports on statistics. Verify sub-contractor's files monthly to ensure current documentation. Schedule and ensure that training takes place. Schedule and keep record of inductions on SHERQ policies and standards. Minimum Qualifications Standard 10 (Grade 12) Certificate National Diploma in Safety Management or relevant degree ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 Experience Minimum 3 Years' experience in similar position. Proficient knowledge and experience in SHERQ systems based on ISO standards and HSE Legislation Computer Literacy essential
