Job Description: Maintenance and implementation of HSEE policies and procedures Drive and co-ordinate “Total Safety Culture” Implementation and maintain ISO14001 and OHSA 18001 Internal HSEE audits (conduct, track, manage) Co-ordination and Management of HSEE Committee Meetings Facilitating statutory appointments HSEE Inductions (new employees and contractors) Implement and facilitate emergency preparedness procedures Management and support for IOD's Job Requirements: Matric (NQF 4) Qualification: Health and Safety (Advantageous) NEBOSH / SAMTRAC (Advantageous) Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental Standards (ISO14001/OHSA 18001) 5 years' experience in Health and Safety in an automotive environment Automotive experience (ADVANTAGEOUS) Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Personal attributes: confident, strong interpersonal and communication skills, motivated, resilient Negotiable - Monthly
