Contribute constructively in strategic sessions and discussions, providing input from a position of knowledge of the business. Knowledge sharing among HRBP fraternity - sharing new thinking and strategic business planning Lead peers to adopt a sound strategic positioning for HR for the next five years e.g. reward systems, ER platforms and agreements. Initiation of ideas and solutions with discipline seniors for strategically positioning the business at large for the future. Helping the business manage change effectively (structural or occasioned by the environment). Assist senior team with the development and maintainance of a high performance team, and regularly evaluate performance of teams for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company Interpretation and translation of strategy into practical actions resulting agreed delivery of the HR component of the business strategyDevelopment and application of fair practices across the business Managing change within an enterprise to ensure continued productivity and production outcomes. Helping the business manage change effectively (structural or occasioned by the environment). National Diploma in Human Resource/ Labour Relations or similar qualification. Post graduate qualification would be an added advatage. Knowldge of LRA,BCEA and Barganing Council (MEIBC) Market Related Apply Now
