Company based in Pretoria is looking for a IAR Operations Engineer to join their team on a contract until Dec 2026. South African citizens / Permanent Residents with SA ID number. Remote work/ On-site work location flexibility. Start as soon as possible. Successfully completed degree in computer science/communications engineering or another degree program or comparable qualification. Minimum 4 years of professional experience (also internationally) in the IT sector, preferably in the area of development and maintenance of IAM systems. Clean ITC/credit record and no criminal record. Technical consulting of application owners in terms of IAM protocols (e.g. SAML; OIDC; LDAPs). Continuous improvement of the current rollout process. Regular interactions through meetings, calls and emails: with central prduct owners for IAR. with Feature Teams f other IAM products. with Stakehlders/ requestors of other PRIMES. Analysing and troubleshooting skills. Solution crafting and documentation skills. Advanced knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and IT Security. Expert knowledge of at least one IAM Solution (preferred OneIdentity). Expertise in agile development and DevOps incl. JIRA / Confluence. Knowledge of current IT architectures, vendors and trends. Troubleshooting and maintenance. Incident and Request Management. ITSM ServiceNow Knowledge. Salary Market Related
