Description We are seeking a motivated Employment Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager to champion our employment equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. The successful candidate will support the transformation agenda, drive ongoing activations and storytelling across the Group, and work with business units to implement equity, diversity, and inclusion programs across all company divisions. Key Responsibilities: Champion all employment equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Support the transformation agenda. Drive ongoing activations and storytelling across the Group. Work with business units to implement equity, diversity, and inclusion programs across all company divisions. Drive the compilation and development of the annual Employment Equity plan as per Department of Employment and Labour (DoL) requirements. Keep records of all employment equity activities (minutes, plans, etc.). Assist with drafting agendas and preparing necessary documents for Employment Equity meetings; keep minutes of all EE meetings. Draft a generic barrier analysis to review barriers to affirmative action from the Group's perspective. Conduct annual reviews of EE policies, practices, and procedures. Consult on proposed Employment Equity goals and targets annually. Conduct data analytics and related reports for organizational design. Consolidate and write formal report on EE progress across the Group during quarterly ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) committee meetings. Profile B degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology. 5-8 years of experience in Employment Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Deep understanding of South African legislative requirements and regional legislative requirements. Experience with benchmarking and data metrics to drive organizational change and accountability. Proven experience with employment equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives and programs. Excellent report writing skills using analytics to improve service delivery (ROI measures). Apply Now
