Duties & Responsibilities: • Must be able to work un-supervised within a team and possess clear communication skills. • The individual must be energetic and able to cope with physical tasks. • Analytical and Critical Thinking Ability • Logical Thinking and Judgment Ability • Hard working, reliable and prepared to work overtime. • Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines. • Willing to adapt to change, driven and dynamic. • Ability to work in a team and be service orientated. • Self-motivated and used to a high-performance culture. • Ability to work for long hours as and when required. • Experience in analysing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs (Process Optimization) • Proficiency in data collection, statistical analysis, and interpretation to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. • Understanding of supply chain dynamics to optimize the flow of materials and products, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers and distributors.
