Description Infrastructure and Trade Manager (Agriculture) Our client in the agricultural industry is seeking to employ an Assistant Manager for Infrastructure and Trade to join their team Duties and Responsibilities Research and development of operational plans to address the numerous infrastructural and economic issues faced by commercial farmers Lead and motivate support staff to develop a high-performance culture Oversee activities relating to the operations of the Infrastructure and Trade Committee of the organisation to ensure desired results consistent with the overall strategy of the company Manage engagements and communication between our affiliated members and the activities of this functional committee to ensure adequate support to these members. Engage and build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders Minimum Requirements A National Senior Certificate or higher. A formal relevant qualification or sufficient employment experience in any or some of the following fields will be an advantage. Law, engineering, project management, agriculture and/or the commercial aspects, relevant to small, medium and large-scale commercial farming enterprises Must have problem solving and analytical skills.
