Job Responsibilities: Conduct thorough client needs assessments to understand their long-term financial goals and aspirations. Recommend suitable long-term insurance products such as life insurance, annuities, and pension plans based on clients' individual circumstances. Educate clients on the benefits and features of various insurance options and help them make informed decisions. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the insurance application process and beyond, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product developments to maintain expertise in long-term insurance solutions. Achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Qualifications: Proven experience as an insurance broker, preferably specializing in long-term insurance products. Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Progressive sales experience, finding new business and securing new clients. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. RE Qualification and 120 credits preferred Commissionable earning from 80% - 100% R 50k start up allowance
