Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Insurance Policy Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Policy Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, answering policy-related questions, and providing excellent customer service. You will also identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products to meet customers' needs. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies - Interpret and explain policy terms, conditions, and coverage to customers - Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Identify and pursue sales opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge - Meet and exceed weekly sales targets and performance goals Requirements: - Matric Certificate or any other NQF Level 4 - South African ID - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
