Our national client requires a suitably qualified and experienced internal customer service representative to join their team in Pinetown. This role is responsible for the following: Delivering sales in line with customer budgets and forecasts – OTIF defective free delivery, as well as managing the recollect and supply of customer IBC packaging requirements. Must have a relevant BDegree/ National Diploma. Must be computer literate with good MS Excel skills as well as Pastel and Salesforce. At least 4 years' experience in an internal/customer service role is required. Packaging expereince would be an advantage.
