Our compnay is currently recruiting for an Internal / External Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Gauteng . Job Description An Internal/External Sales Representative plays a vital role in our organization by connecting with existing and potential customers. Your primary focus will be on nurturing relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting our products or services. Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat. Understand their requirements and provide relevant information. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience. Maintain the companies data base Sales Support: Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure seamless customer service. Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales orders. Follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Update customer profiles and track sales progress. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services. Explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. This is a target driven position. Achieving the targets is expected. Report progress to sales management on a weekly basis Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are an advantage). An interest electronics would assist you in understanding the products Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred. Experience in the CCTV, Alarm and or Fire Detection Industry is a definite advantage Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Afrikaans) Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools. R15 000 pm
