The incumbent, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, will be responsible for all the internal and external client communication and administrative processing for receipt of order, job tracking and job delivery. Order processing from receipt of customer order to processing sales orders for despatch Customer liaison ensuring effective relay of essential information between production and account managers/customers including maintaining customer open order status & stock reports Actively managing customer & account manager expectations for delivery lead-times Matric/Grade 12 A minimum of 2 years, within a similar role, preferably within the print industry Professional level of communication, both written and spoken, with clients and colleagues Effective team player with a high level of business acumen Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and MS outlook Excellent organizational and administration skills Attention to detail Previous client servicing experience is essential Own, reliable transport & Code B driver's license is advantageous
