Play a crucial role in ensuring smooth quotation processing, accurate data management, and top-notch client service. Think of yourself as the air traffic controller, expertly guiding a customer inquiry to a sale, making sure every customer takes flight with the perfect equipment. Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries and orders for poultry equipment efficiently and accurately. Process quotations with meticulous attention to detail and pricing integrity. Maintain and update customer records and check equipment inventory levels with a hawk-like eye for detail. Provide prompt and helpful support to the sales team with administrative tasks and data analysis. Quotations on various programs Making Appointments for the sales team with detailed look at weekly schedules and trip planning Follow up of quotations done to ensure maximum conversion ratios Updated Sales meeting reporting to be presented on a weekly basis Qualifications and experience: High school diploma or equivalent Pastel Partner Accounting knowledge is essential. Strong organizational and time management skills with a knack for juggling multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive edge. Proficient in computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
