Selling of the Company products-: per telephone / email and contact sales Main Responsibilities: To assist cash and walk-in Customers. To assist with telephonic and email enquiries as well as with orders. To follow up on all outstanding orders and keeping customers up to date on the progress of their orders. To acquire a thorough understanding of customer's needs and requirements. To resolve issues and problems experienced by customers and to deal with complaints. To implement Company's sales startegies. To achieve monthly KPI's. To follow up on enquiries. Matric / Grade 12 (preferably with Maths / Technical drawings), N6 Qualification would be advantageous. Min 2 years sales experience. Admin experience. Sales / marketing courses / knowledge and experience will be an added advantage. Applicants should be computer literate (MS Office), knowledge of and experience in using SAGE would be advantageous. A mechanical aptitude / technical knowledge (ie product knowledge) would be advantageous. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in another official language would be an advantage. Good telephone manner. Must be service orientated . Must possess self-motivation and good communication skills (verbal and written).
