We are seeking a young highly motivated and skilled internal sales person to join our Cape Town team in the Lock & Key industry. You will be responsible for assisting at the counter, cold calling customers, assisting in various departments as needed. • Assist walk in customers. • Answer incoming calls and assisting customer with appropriate products and services. • Conduct product demonstrations to potential and existing customers. • Cold call to generate new leads and expand business opportunities. • Stay up-to-date with industry products and brands. • Assist in all departments as needed. • Matric • Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans • Experience in the Locksmith/ Hardware environment would be a bonus • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must be a quick learner and able to work under pressure • Be computer literate • Must have reliable transport and driver's license To Be discussed in interview
