My client an upmarket cabinetry and harware business is looking for an Internal Sales Rep - someone with customer services experience in the interior/building/cabinetry industry. Will be confident on MS Word and have good admin and customer services experience. Must be well presented and well spoken. Service walk-in clients and attend to their requirements. Assist clients with showroom walk throughs. Assist external sales reps with their quotes and orders. Liaise with the warehouse. Assist clients telephonically or via email with their relevant requirements. Brand Ambassador Matric with customer service experience (cabinet/interior/hardware type experience would be an advantage) Well presented and well spoken. Candidate must be computer literate and know how to use MS Word/Excel/Outlook Candidate must have a good understanding of general office practices. English and Afrikaans – speak and write Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good computer skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook . Ability to work independently. The ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions timeously. Technical understanding of cabinetry and hardware. R13k - R20k benefits Apply Now
