Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients Will handle the sales functions within the Sales Business Unit that they are working in, as per the sales function matrix. Accountabilities: Responsible to look after all HVAC customers in Gauteng and provide excellent service to them. Compile the required job cards for sales orders. Handle customer enquiries received by fax, telephone, cell messages and emails. Perform basic pump selections. Prepare and submit quotations to customers. Log quotations into the quotation register. Input quotes data into salesforce (value rules.) Obtain vendor costs for buy-outs and freight. Assist BUM with sales reports and tasks as requested. Walk urgent sales orders through finance and planning to ensure works processing of order. Perform the sales administrator functions as back-up, if required. Perform quotations follow up with customers. Sales project tenders, order processing and client correspondence/reporting as instructed by the BUM. Good verbal and written communication ability. Computer literacy. Willingness to learn to use dolphin if required by BUM. Proactive in job functions and willingness to engage in problem solving initiatives. Be organized in their daily activities and show proactive time management of their job function. Inherent Requirements: Matric and relevant Qualifications. Pump knowledge and experience. Ability to use EPC project documentation software or on the client intranet when working of projects. Ability to work accurately, under pressure and independently. English essential. MS office, SAP experience beneficial, Salesforce. Project management skills to be learnt. 5S Methodology. Beneficial to the role. A must have ability as this person has to perform the project reporting functions.
