Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, conducting periodic reviews and assessments to ensure alignment with financial goals and risk management strategies. Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact investment opportunities or portfolio performance, providing timely insights and recommendations. Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as legal, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of investment transactions and adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Implement effective marketing strategies and network development activities to enhance brand visibility and attract investment opportunities. Conduct thorough viability studies on prospective companies to evaluate their financial health, market position, and potential for investment. Develop and refine financial models to assess investment opportunities, and prepare detailed investment reports presenting findings and recommendations. Lead negotiations and structure investment projects with targeted entities to achieve favorable terms, mitigate risks, and optimize investment returns. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field (e.g., BCom). Minimum of 2 years' experience in business investment or investment structuring. Experience in auditing, banking, or sales and marketing is advantageous. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and investors. Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms and outcomes. Analytical proficiency to assess financial information and market trends. Track record of delivering results and meeting customer expectations. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on commercial thinking and strategic decision-making.
