IT Account Manager (JB4518) Paulshof, Johannesburg R40 000 - R50 000 CTC per month plus comm. Permanent Account Manager with previous experience specific to Managed IT services required to join a growing team. You will be responsible for cultivating robust client relationships to boost revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Minimum Requirements: 8 or more years of Account Management experience specific to IT. Proven track record of growing business within a customer base. Product knowledge required: Cybersecurity, Hosting, Cloud, 365, IT managed Services, LAN infrastructure, Voice, ISP services. Duties and Responsibilities: Daily management of client accounts to ensure continued business. Continuously demonstrate the value of products and services to clients. Build long-term relationships based on trust, respect, and value. Effective communication with clients to understand needs and convey product/service details. Primary contact for customer account matters; adept at contract negotiations. Collaborate with sales and marketing to exceed client expectations. Maintain detailed client account notes and inventory records. Analyse customer behaviour data for actionable insights. Advocate for client needs to enhance the buying experience. Identify upsell, renewal, and cross-selling opportunities. Showcase in-depth knowledge of company products/services. Stay informed on industry trends for improved customer satisfaction. Promptly resolve customer issues to prevent escalation. Formulate strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
