Job Duties
- Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Draught and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Degree
- PMP certification
- Agile certification
Education
Must hold a relevant Degree in a related field
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the IT and Internet industry
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with IT Project Management in Strategic Business Projects
- Proficient in software integration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with leading cross-functional teams
Working Conditions
The Project Manager is expected to work full-time hours on a contract basis. The role may require occasional travel to client sites.
