Job Purpose and Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Project Manager and Business Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role involves scoping new developments or improvements to system-driven processes with various business units, managing the entire development life cycle with developers, holding regular meetings, reporting progress to business stakeholders, and testing development before implementation.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management and business analysis.
Proven experience in managing software development projects and working with development teams.
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) and PMP (Project Management Professional) (Preferred)
Agile/Scrum certification (Preferred)
