Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities We're looking for a dynamic individual to provide top-notch administrative support to our Account Manager/Sales Team. Your role will be essential in maximizing sales and purchase process efficiency while ensuring stellar client service standards. Responsibilities: Create RFQ's on company portal and ensure pricing is returned in time. Follow up with local suppliers to ensure timely pricing. Obtain import and local pricing for clients and manage daily order trackers. Provide specifications and documentation to the QA Team. Collaborate with the Creative Team as needed for customer specifications. Process orders, ensuring correct documentation. Assist in preparing client management reports Manage incoming purchase orders and update the shared PO tracker. Assist in onboarding new suppliers. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within marketing or promotional sales support. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
