- A minimum of 2 years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Browser, Strumis)
- Building and maintaining key relationships both internally and externally
- Assisting with Creditors Functions
- Ensure procurement is from the best price and most reliable approved suppliers & BBBEE contributors
- Assisting with Stationery and Office Beverages
- Prepare and raise purchase orders in STRUMIS ensuring all information required is completed
- Assisting with Monthly PPE and Beverage Packs
- Assisting with Vehicles, Forklifts, trucks and motor vehicles by ensuring that company vehicles services are up to date
