Join our client's reputable company in the automotive sector as a Financial Administrator and play a crucial role in supporting their financial operations. They are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional who can manage financial transactions, budgets, and reporting within their dynamic team. Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Monitor and manage petty cash transactions. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements. Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and queries. Matric Certificate/ Diploma is beneficial Proven experience (2 years) as a Financial Administrator, Finance Assistant, or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of automotive dealership operations R10 000 CTC to R11 000 CTC per month based on experience and qualifications
