Assisting with all admin duties / responsibilities Scanning / digiting of all documents / files Typing up of any necessary documents when and if needed Digitizing & uploading of legal files. Digitizing & uploading of new & old credit applications. Ordering & updating of Regulation posters (Annually). Obtaining monthly statements . Updating & typing of company policies & procedures when necessary & Digitizing & maintaining file Digitizing of all on site training & certificates Updating of audit file & assisting during audits should the need arise Conducting / Reviewing daily CCTV report & Hosting meetings. Instructing the actions of all incidences & outcomes of the CCTV report. Issuing disciplinary notices (warning, letter of abscondment & hearing documents). Conducting all disciplinary hearings (WOCM). Conducting on-site investigations. Liaising with Managers regarding employee / department incidences. Maintaining & running of the biometrics system - New system being launched - Redo take ons (if necessary) and maintain new system; additionally attend meeting when needed. Maintaining employee files / Digitizing of new & updated documents (Blu & WOCM) Typing of memo's / notices needing to be issued to staff - Liaising with MI Moosa & additional management regarding these notices / memo's General additional assistance in the legal department eg. Typing documents, company letters, editing documents etc. Legal Department not missing important deadlines and the department professional staff files retrieved and diarized accurately Documents accurately filed Matric Labour Law / Industial Relations Qualification 3 Years Experience Market Related Apply Now
