Job Description: My client is looking for a motivated and dedicated Junior Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess the right attitude, demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, initiative, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Initial Training Period (6-12 months): Comprehensive training in all aspects of the business. Exposure to various departments to gain a holistic understanding of operations. Mentorship from experienced managers and senior staff. Post-Training: Transition into a management role as either a Department Manager or Branch Manager. Oversee buying and selling of scrap metal and other recyclable materials. Manage and lead a team of staff members, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Liaise with other members of management and clients to maintain and develop business relationships. Matric certificate, qualification in Operations/Logistics/Management would be advantageous Candidates from any industry background are welcome. Demonstrated leadership abilities and initiative. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
